The Missouri Senate Minute for April 13: SCR 14 and SB 22

Jefferson City — Both Senate Concurrent Resolution 14 and Senate Bill 22 are sent to the Missouri House of Representatives. Senate Concurrent Resolution 14 asks Congress for the calling of an Article V convention of states to propose an amendment to the United States Constitution regarding term limits for members of Congress.
