Jefferson City — Missouri senators give preliminary approval to Senate Bill 204, legislation that seeks to require every individual who is 17 years or older — and is arrested for a felony offense — to provide a biological sample for DNA profiling, and return to the Missouri House of Representatives House Bill 130, a measure that would enact provisions relating to transportation network companies.
