This Week in the Missouri Senate for Feb. 3: HCR 4, SB 31 and SB 104

Jefferson CityThis Week in the Missouri Senate reviews measures discussed on the Missouri Senate floor and in committee:

·    House Concurrent Resolution 4, legislation that opposes recommendations made by the Missouri Citizens Commission on Compensation for Elected Officials (Audio: Resolution handler, Missouri Senate Majority Floor Leader Mike Kehoe, R-Jefferson City, and Sen. Shalonn “Kiki” Curls, D-Kansas City);

·     Senate Bill 31, a measure that would affect the “collateral source” rule (Audio: Bill sponsor, Sen. Ed Emery, R-Lamar, and Sen. Jacob Hummel, D-St. Louis); and

·     Senate Bill 104, which seeks to make changes to procedures in guardianship and conservator proceedings for incapacitated or disabled people (Audio: Bill sponsor, Sen. Wayne Wallingford, R-Cape Girardeau, and Sen. Maria Chappelle-Nadal, D-University City).
