Jefferson City — The Senate Judiciary and Civil and Criminal Jurisprudence Committee heard several measures this year. Among those that became law is Senate Bill 321, a measure that allows victims of sexual assault to receive protective orders and modifies the definitions of sexual assault and stalking as they relate to orders of protection. We’ve included actualities from bill sponsor — Sen. Dan Hegeman, R-Cosby — and Sen.
