Jefferson City — This Week in the Missouri Senate reviews one of the vetoed measures that may come up during veto session, which will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2015. Senate Bill 224 would require a student to be a United States citizen or permanent resident in order to be eligible to receive reimbursements from the A+ Schools Program.
