This Week in the Missouri Senate for July 24, 2015: HB 137

Jefferson City — This Week in the Missouri Senate reviews House Bill 137, which changes the laws regarding competitive bidding for a contract license office. The measure was the only not to be signed or vetoed by the executive branch; rather, to be allowed to become law without a signature.
