Jefferson City — Missouri senators give initial approval to Senate Bill 199, a measure that would modify provisions specifying when law enforcement officers are justified in using deadly force. The proposal still needs another affirmative vote before it could move to the Missouri House of Representatives for similar consideration. We’ve included actualities from Sen.
