Jefferson City — Missouri senators give first-round approval to Senate Bill 321, which would allow victims of sexual assault to receive protective orders and modify the definitions of sexual assault and stalking as they relate to orders of protection. The measure still needs another affirmative vote before it could move to the Missouri House of Representatives for similar consideration. We’ve included actualities from Sen.
