The Senate Minute for April 16, 2015: SB 321

Jefferson City — Missouri senators give first-round approval to Senate Bill 321, which would allow victims of sexual assault to receive protective orders and modify the definitions of sexual assault and stalking as they relate to orders of protection. Dan Hegeman, R-Cosby, and Sen. Gina Walsh, D-Bellefontaine Neighbors, in this feature report narrated by Senate Communications Officer Dean Morgan.
