Jefferson City — Following their one-week mid-session recess, Missouri senators returned to work on Monday afternoon (3-30) to spend time debating Senate Bill 63 & 111, which would establish a prescription drug monitoring program. The measure has received first-round approval and still needs another affirmative vote before it could move to the Missouri House of Representatives for similar consideration. We’ve included actualities from Sen. David Sater, R-Cassville, and Sen. Jason Holsman, D-Kansas City, in this feature report narrated by Senate Communications Officer Dean Morgan.
