Jefferson City — Missouri senators give preliminary approval to Senate Bill 341, which would establish procedures for reports of juveniles with problem sexual behavior. The measure still needs another positive vote before it could move to the Missouri House of Representatives for similar consideration. We’ve included actualities from Sen.
