Jefferson City — Monday afternoon saw Missouri senators return to the floor and spend time debating Senate Bill 37, which would award attorney's fees and court costs in cases where a settlement offer was previously rejected and when the court rules on a motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim. Scott Sifton, D-Affton, in this feature report narrated by Senate Communications Officer Dean Morgan.
