This month on Missouri Legislative Update, we highlight several proposed bills as they travel through the General Assembly, including measures relating to dog breeding, human rights, minimum wage, abortion and employee unions. We also highlight work done by lawmakers during the first half of the First Regular Session of the 96th General Assembly. Jefferson City — Missouri senators choose new leadership for the upcoming General Assembly. Selections were made last week. The First Regular Session of the 100th General Assembly will start in January. We’ve included actualities from incoming Missouri Senate President Pro Tem, Sen.
