Missouri senators continue to talk about one of the more high profile bills from this legislative session. Senators approved Senate Bill 113 by a 20-14 vote last Thursday (3/10). The measure, which has been sent to the Missouri House for similar consideration, would modify provisions of Missouri’s dog breeding law that was approved by voters in November, 2010. Senators plan to begin floor debate on Senate Bill 1, “Right to Work” legislation, this afternoon (3/14). We’ve included actualities from Sen. Bill Stouffer, R-Napton, and Sen. Robin Wright-Jones, D-St. Louis, in this feature report, narrated by Senate Communications Officer Dean Morgan.
